We are going to holding 3 Mrs. Chuo's solo-exhibitions on 2020. This time we sent out our special corespondents, David and Ella, to guide you to the second exhibition of this year. This time the exhibition is at Neihu Public Hall. Neihu Public Hall is a Municipal Heritage of Taipei which is built at 1930. It is well-preserved and precious.
